I reached out to get quotes from various companies and narrowed down to 2, including Pest Defense. My process of elimination was based on cost and customer service. I ultimately went with Pest Defense since they answered when I called and remembered me requesting a quote the prior week. I'm glad I did because power spraying sets them apart along with their customer service. An added bonus is that I am assigned the same tech for every visit which is very well organized in their Customer Portal.

Services maybe good but I didn't get past the quote phase. It was a $130 for an initial spraying of the house unless I signed a one year contract even if I sold my house I would have to pay approx over $250 to cancel. Thats not on the website. I understand they guarantee their services but they also guarantee they get married with a contract. I'm the type of person when I'm happy with the service I'll continue without a contract and be a loyal customer.

I was finally able to meet and speak with the technician in person (as opposed to not being home). He as super professional and friendly; did a super thorough service. He even took the time to explain to me the technical details of the chemicals used. Great experience, highly recommend!

We are new to the El Paso. Pest Defense Solutions was the only company that reacted to our email and immediately was willing to help us. We needed the outside treated before moving in to protect our dogs. They did so and after service got a very detailed email what had been done and which products were used. We are very happy with them. They came a week later to treat the inside of the house. Also great service and very good recommendations. Thank you

I enjoy having this company as my pest control. They are very attentive and answer any and all questions. Not to mention the cost is great. There are so many over priced pest control companies. This is definitely one to go with. Haven't seen many bugs since they starting coming. A+ If you do see any they will send a tech out asap. Great services.

The best pest control in El Paso. Very professional technicians. They always listen to my concerns. Phone service is great. I get full outside spray every other month and can get the inside done if I have issues. The spray is safe for my dog and cats. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Pest defense is simply the best! I love that in between my scheduled times to come treat my house, if any bugs or spiders come up, they automatically guarantee they will come spray again with no charge. Their work is guaranteed and their customer service has been phenomenal. We have a ditch in the back of our house and lots of trees so we get so many insects, but luckily we have these guys to come save the day! Definitely recommend. Thank you pest defense.

Techs text me before showing up & call. They Answer all my questions. Offer me solutions on how to control bugs& ants... & whatever else they see or know about in my area. Giving this company 5 stars because they truly understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and is very military friendly. I was having problems with a few unwanted guests and called them up for a consultation. After talking to a rep who gave me a reasonable quote they sent someone out the next day. The guy who came over was awesome and super friendly. He took care of my insect problem and it’s been great so far. Highly recommend!! Thank you again pest defense!

We used Pest Defense Solutions for about a year, and they were great! We were scheduled for bi-monthly treatments, and always received reminders of the appointments in advance. If we ever had any issues between appointments, they were very helpful. The techs were always professional, and the service was well worth the price. We live in a very old house, and could definitely see a difference in appearance of bugs once we started using PDS. Only reason we stopped using them is because we’re moving to another city. Would highly recommend!

Best pest control I've ever had. I opted for the monthly extermination and every month just like clock work they come and make sure my home is free of unwanted pests and insects! Please be carful before signing a contract with them. I’ve had nothing but miscommunication from the moment I signed. I was offered a promotional rate for signing the 12 month contract and on first auto withdrawal was over charged, the amount was corrected but affected other transactions from my Bank account. Next had my routine pest control and not sure if I received a text reminder or not, either way I had no way to ask them to spray inside my home. When I called to schedule an appointment for inside pest control I was hassled by the manager on how they sent text messages and I was supposed to let them know at that time via text message. I wasn’t calling to argue with the manager simply was looking to schedule an appointment. He didn’t like that I didn’t follow there text message policy. When I asked to speak with someone else he stated he was the highest person I could talk to and continued to “explain” to me about how the text message was sent to me and how I need to make arrangements via that text message if I want inside pest control. From a company that has high claims on being the best I regret getting in bed with them for an entire year. Pest control shouldn’t have to be this hard, trust me, us home owners have bigger maintenance issues on our homes that require more attention. Be transparent and do as you say. If the owner of the company sees this please give me a call, I don’t do well with text messages. I still need pest control inside my home.

Friendly and professional from the very beginning! They explained services in great detail, didn’t pressure us into signing up and instead emailed me an overview of services so I could discuss with my husband before signing up. Technician calls to give a heads up that they’re on their way. Technician Matt takes pride in his work and gives great customer service. Took his time while applying the pesticide was not rushed at all, like most pest control companies usually are. Happy customers!

I love PDS. I get notification when service is coming up, completed and a link to pay online. Great Customer service and bang for my buck. I live in a new housing area and with all the construction we were worried about all the creepy crawlies being dug up everyday and looking for a place to hide at night. I have seen a few creepy things outside of the house but nothing inside the house! that's all I can ask. Would highly recommend.

Note: Check pricing before committing to pest services. Made the mistake of not understanding contract before hand. After obtaining services from Pest defense Solutions, I was well satisfied with their services. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable in their chemicals usage, and provided excellent customer service which I take seriously in every business that I deal with. I had two major ant holes in front and back yard and very small ants underneath the sink in kitchen area. Since my last visit, (July 2016) I no long have those pesky critters lurking on premises. Well worth the expense!
